about millennium industrial
Warren Allen graduated from Brazoswood in 2000. He then went on to Baylor where he graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor in Business and Management of Information Systems. He then attended George Washington University 2018 attaining a Masters of Project Management and then in 2019 he received a Master’s in Business Administration from Rice University.
Warren worked in the industry from 2010, where he started as a hand in a construction company, and then grew over two years into the company QA and Construction Manager. He then moved into a Project Engineering role at S&B Engineers and Constructors and spent 5 years growing through Project Engineering roles. In 2016, he transitioned to Kelly Services onsite for Dow Chemical Company, and has moved from small capital projects manager into global program management. With great excitement, joy, and some trepidation, Warren resigned from the Kelly role to focus fully on Millennium in 2022.
During the Executive MBA program Warren changed the name and scope of business to Millennium Industrial. It was created from the design firm originally started in 2010. The original firm did design work for several companies, such as MasTec Americas on contract with Verizon and Google for Fiber design. Most early construction work was all residential. Concrete, flatwork, pergolas, gazebos. Occasionally the firm provided consulting.
Millennium has grown into a fully developed medium business with capabilities far beyond it’s size. Having experience in most engineering disciplines, the project engineering aspect comes quite naturally, and leading several project teams simultaneously is just second nature. Warren enjoys visiting client facilities to develop solutions, and will often be found on the jobsite with the men ensuring safe, quality work.
“I look forward to your phone call or email, and the opportunity to visit your site. It is my joy to assist in crafting a solution for your most challenging problems, and it is then my honor to execute same.”
