Warren Allen graduated from Brazoswood in 2000. He then went on to Baylor where he graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor in Business and Management of Information Systems. He then attended George Washington University 2018 attaining a Masters of Project Management and then in 2019 he received a Master’s in Business Administration from Rice University.
Warren worked in the industry from 2010, where he started as a hand in a construction company, and then grew over two years into the company QA and Logistics handler. He then moved into a Project Engineering role at S&B Engineers and Constructors and spent 5 years growing into a Project Manager. In 2016, he transitioned to Dow through Kelly, and has grown from small capital projects manager into a program (multiple related projects) manager role.

The company was started in May 2010 as a design firm. The firm did design work for several companies, typically subbing to MasTec Americas on contract with Verizon and Google for Fiber design. Early construction work was all residential. Concrete, flatwork, pergolas, gazebos. Occasionally the firm povided consulting in the  engineering fields. In 2018, the business grew into industrial construction, and took a new name. Since then, the company has executed concrete placements, machine grouting, epoxy applications, and more.
