When underground obstructions prevented use of a larger spread footer, and the dead load needed additional strength in the foundation- this client turned to Millennium for a special solution. Installation of helical piles to provide the vertical support necessary, a truncated depth spread footer to give it the lateral stability, and one gorgeous octagonal pedestal atop for this tank!
